Who is Doctor CrossFit?
Dr. Fern Adams (a.k.a. Doctor CrossFit) is an RAF Doctor currently working as a Radiologist within the NHS in London. She was personally invited to CrossFit HQ in Aromas, USA to be trained as a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer in a course specifically tailored to medical professionals.
Having returned to the UK Fern is now pursuing her Level 2 and Level 3 personal trainer qualifications with Diverse Trainers, both are Register of Exercise Professionals (REP) accredited courses.
Fern believes that CrossFit is key to improving health and fitness. She’s passionate about empowering people to achieve more than they previously thought possible. Fern studied medicine at Cambridge University and competed in cycling, lacrosse during her time there. Since graduating and developing her passion for personal training and fitness development and in addition to CrossFit athletes Fern has experience in working with: trail runners, ultra runners, triathletes, kayakers, skiers, snowboarders, and a large variety of other specialist sport athletes.
When Fern can’t be found in a CrossFit box (or at a CrossFit competition) she loves being outside and can be found trail running, competing in triathlons, competing in adventure races, skiing and snowboarding.
